Attorney Peter M. Hsiao
Peter M. Hsiao was admitted as an attorney in 2002. Shortly after he began his legal career representing various insurance carriers and employers throughout the state of California on workers’ compensation matters. Mr. Hsiao has gained valuable experience and insight while representing defendants before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. It is with this experience and insight he now dedicates his career to representing injured workers. He realizes that prosecuting a claim alone without representation may place injured workers at a disadvantage. Insurance carriers and employers have all the resources to defend claims. You need someone to stand on your side and achieve the best possible results for you.
